Large format
Large format printing with some color: The submittal plans are required to be black line on white and once approved, the official stamps and signatures are required to be in color. Construction sets are required to be present at the site at all times and that set is required to have the color stamp and signatures.
We don’t charge extra for the color stamp and signature but only for plans that include color renderings.
Digital scanning: We scan your hard copy files to convert them into PDF for digital sharing.
We convert your hard files (PAPER) to PDF.
We convert DIGITAL files from TIFF, WORD, EXCEL, etc. to PDF.
We convert your DWG file to PDF.
We convert your PAPER or PDF files to DWG files (Prices vary per project. Please call for details.)
We reduce the size of your construction documents set to be sent via email.
We deliver your files via email, USBs or physical prints to their destination.
We assist with the digital submittal package preparation for city and county submittals by reviewing sheets index, numbering, fixing orientation, adding or removing files, reducing sizes, etc. Starting at $15 per project.
Design and drafting.
